You will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus shipping within 30 days of purchase.
To ensure all our customers have a great experience on Mintra USA, purchases are covered under Money Back Guarantee. This means you’re protected if the item you ordered didn’t arrive, doesn’t match the listing or is faulty or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once the item has been received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 days of the date that the return is accepted by our Warehouse Team.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
