You may return an item within 30 days. Customers pay return shipping fee and a restocking fee may be applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to initiate a return you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please contact our Customer Service Representative for an RMA at info@mintrausa.com.
Please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via UPS or insured mail for your protection. Items cannot be returned without a receipt.
