Great Customer Service!

First- I LOVE these notebooks. Which I think used to be carried at Staples but I can no longer find there in store so I went to the internet as opposed to not getting an environmentally friendly option. They are the perfect size and the pocket really does come in handy.

Second- I ordered 3 qty 3-packs and quite understandably the order was misread and they only sent 1 qty. It was soooo easy to send an email explaining the mix up and I got an email back and the extra 2 qty packs so quickly it was like the error never happened. There weren’t any weird hoops to jump through, it was a very human customer service experience, which there seem to be less and less of these days, so I’m very grateful!
